Rendang adalah hidangan khas Minangkabau yang diakui sebagai salah satu makanan terenak di dunia oleh berbagai media internasional. Masakan ini terbuat dari daging sapi yang dimasak bersama santan dan bumbu rempah-rempah seperti serai, lengkuas, bawang putih, cabai, jahe, dan kunyit.
Proses memasak rendang cukup panjang, biasanya memakan waktu berjam-jam. Daging dimasak perlahan hingga santan mengering dan bumbu meresap sempurna. https://www.crawfish-cave.com/reservations Hasilnya adalah daging yang empuk, berwarna cokelat tua, dan memiliki rasa gurih pedas yang kaya.
Di Sumatera Barat, rendang tidak hanya sekadar makanan, tetapi juga bagian dari tradisi. Hidangan ini kerap disajikan dalam acara adat, perayaan keagamaan, hingga jamuan untuk tamu kehormatan. Dalam filosofi Minangkabau, rendang melambangkan kesabaran, kebijaksanaan, dan kebersamaan karena proses pembuatannya yang panjang serta melibatkan kerja sama.
Selain rendang daging sapi, ada variasi lain seperti Rendang Ayam, Rendang Itik, dan bahkan Rendang Daun Singkong. Semua memiliki ciri khas rasa yang tetap mempertahankan inti bumbu rendang.
Rendang kini telah mendunia. Banyak restoran Padang di berbagai negara memperkenalkan hidangan ini kepada masyarakat internasional. Bahkan, UNESCO telah mengakui rendang sebagai warisan budaya tak benda.

Obesity is one of the most common medical conditions in the eastern communities and most difficult of our therapeutic. It is noticeable that women are the most prone to obesity and related diseases. Hence arose the idea of our project, it is a new idea, as it is not limited to physical therapy only, but it is also used in slimming and weight loss in a way that makes it easier for the patient to use without the need for medical assistance. The project is built on the use of ultrasound physiotherapy.

Conversion the biomass into biogas, then conversion the biogas to electricity, active coal and biodiesel using a catalyst, is an old process. The new trend in this process is the using of generators exhaust gases to produce that products with exhaustless technology. Conversion of the agricultural biomass to alternative petroleum oil (HMF) that is used for producing bio-benzene, paints and other industries with 100% Egyptian technology.

يهدف مكتب دعم الابتكار و نقل و تسويق التكنولوجيا جامعة حلوان الى تفعيل دور البحث العلمي وربطه بحل مشاكات الصناعة و كذلك دعم الابتكار والتكنولوجيا طبقاً للرؤية القومية وصولاً إلى تعزيز الاستفادة من البحوث العلمية وتشجيع الأفكار الإبداعية والاختراعات وإنشاء صناعات صغيرة ومتوسطة.
